Mr. Kirilov has unique engineering and finance qualifications via his combined degrees, including Masters of Engineering from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI), Masters in Finance from Russian Plekhanov Economic Academy, and Global Executive MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
He has very strong experience in the areas of finance management, strategic planning, investor relations, development of financial strategy and KPIs, building and management of budgeting, accounts and controlling systems, and liquidity management. His professional career also includes analysis and supervision of product cost prices, profit/cost-centers, products/customers, functional-cost analysis, and efficiency and profitability analysis. He has significant hands-on knowledge of valuation of project effectiveness, including financial modeling, scenario planning and financial result forecasts, debt finance and bond issues. His industry experience includes banks, airlines, manufacturing companies, real estate, and oil & gas companies, and start-up companies.
