POSITIONS:
PROJECT DIRECTOR

POSITION DUTIES: Addforce Inc has an opening for a Project Director.  The Project Director is responsible for developing relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners seeking project management or consulting services. The Project Director analyzes and forecasts business trends to identify new opportunities for business development.  The Project director will implement actions as required for each project, engaging multi functional professional teams, including in house professionals and part time consultants.   The incumbent will establish, monitor and maintain project plans, including defining project goals and core deliverables.

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Developer to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with clients and other team members to engineer technical architecture of projects for our customers by applying your technical and engineering knowledge, lead the software development process, manage and oversees other software developers in our team.   • Lead the software development lifecycle through connecting the client’s needs with applicable technology solutions and systematically develop processes to provide specific functions
  • Create customized solutions for clients needs: CRM, ERP, e-commerce, corporate mobile system

MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager duties are two-folded at ADDFORCE. On one hand, ADDFORCE sells and market its services to companies in the US and Europe. Marketing Manager will determine the targeted companies, conduct research on their needs, and promote ADDFORCE as the best solution to achieve goals and solve problems. On the other hand, ADDFORCE assists clients to market their products on the international markets.  Therefore, Marketing Manager will assist ADDFORCE’s client-companies by providing strategic and tactical marketing services.

 

Marketing Manager is expected to use her/his own judgment to make marketing decisions on behalf of ADDFORCE and its clients, and achieve short term business goals and long term revenue goals.  Marketing Manager will leverage his/her expertise in the industry to promote ADDFORCE’s services and brand throughout the industry. Marketing Manager will develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy to develop collaborative relationships with client/business partners.

 

Summary:

 

  • Oversee current strategic marketing projects, including planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies including complete marketing mix from communications to branding for ADDFORCE and clients.
  • Manage ADDFORCE marketing function to promote company’s business in existing market of United States, Eastern and Western Europe, and Russia and achieve growth targets
  • Work with ADDFORCE clients, start-ups and entrepreneurs in the Bay area to provide recommendations on their strategic marketing initiatives and develop strategic marketing programs which would include brand strategy, market evaluation, pricing strategy, and other elements of marketing mix
  • On a regular basis, direct freelancers, contractors, and advertising agencies during the execution of projects and marketing materials and monitor their work on a daily basis and to share information to his and clients
  • Initiate and execute market research on behalf of ADDFORCE and its clients to estimate market trends and demands for products
  • Communicate the task, project status, and any updates with ADDFORCE staff and client representatives
  • Estimate project budgets, write proposals, and manage marketing projects to stay within the budget
  • Recruit and retain freelance professionals for design and copywriting, ensure delivery on strategy

 

Qualifications:

 

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of successful track record in marketing with CPG brand and/or client facing business. We are looking for an international understanding, cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial experience and business savvy, creative mind and a professional with the ability to develop marketing strategies and drive them from initial concept to completion. The knowledge of marketing concepts, market research, pricing, media planning, and experience managing vendors required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required, MBA is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in two or more languages.

BUSINESS ANALYST

DATABASE ENGINEER

We are looking for a database engineer (Oracle, MySQL) to join our team in developing software project for our clients. Database Engineer will work collaboratively with other engineers and business analyst to provide software and database solutions for clients.
